Article Processing Charges (APC)

Effective from 10 April 2026

To ensure high-quality publishing standards and continued open access to research, the Journal of VLSI Circuits and Systems has updated its Article Processing Charges (APC).

Revised APC Structure
• Standard Track APC: €1000 per accepted manuscript
• Fast Track APC: €1300 per accepted manuscript

Fast Track Review Option
Authors opting for Fast Track Review will receive an expedited editorial decision within 5-7 weeks from the date of submission.

Fast Track Initiation Fee: €200 (advance payment)
• The advance payment is non-refundable
• The remaining balance will be payable only upon acceptance
• Once initiated, the Fast Track process cannot be withdrawn
